Enjoyable experience, collected at the train station after work to be driven to the garage to collect my car, which had been serviced and cleaned
Problem was remedied without fault. However, the fault wasn't immediately evident so was advised I'd need to agree to pay an additional £75 to diagnose the problem. Which was a surprise though was wavered when I said i'd get another garage to review
Roof rail replacement and brake pad replacement fine. Bluetooth still not working.
The car was serviced to a high standard as you would expect from a high class product.
When I arrived to drop my car off, I was not seen to straight away and when I was seen to, I was advised that my car was not actually booked in and they may need it overnight. I was not too pleased with this level of service.
The staff at Specialist Cars always go out of their way to make you feel that they're trying to help you. They are sympathetic about the high cost of maintaining an older car, and helpful in prioritising work to keep the cost bumps manageable.
The service was completed in the time I had been told, and the vehicle was given a health check, and all the staff I had contact with were friendly and efficient.

Completely disappointed with my car. I only purchased 1 month ago and within 2 weeks I had to bring back into the dealership for £3,000 worth of work to be done. Makes me extremely worried that the car wasn't checked over before I collected.

I resorted to going to another BMW centre that was out of my way as this Tring could not schedule an urgent appointment for me.I was due to travel on a long journey and was given a two week appointment.

Smooth, streamlined service with no hidden charges.
Arranged an early car drop off at 07:30. Watched staff bimble in from 07:30 onwards and was EVENTUALLY allowed to drop the car off and leave at about 07:55. That is not a half-seven drop off. I had kids to drop at school and a day of operating to do.
The quality of service, contact and environment is second to none. My only concern is that a basic service is a bit more expensive than I would have expected and the cost of a replacement tyre is 30% more than available at my normal tyre centre.
They did what was promised rapidly, on time and at the agreed price.
Everyone from the receptionist, to Anthony in the service department and who ever valeted my car did a great job ad were extremely helpful and polite. It is the first service I have had carried out at Specialist Car Tring, I will be back

Good service as always. Had a tyre replaced and had to remind the dealer of the price quoted during my MOT, the initial price quoted and the price initially invoiced on the day was £50 more.
Thought the service was great, and the video was unexpected but gives me good understanding why they have put advisories on certain parts.

I mentioned about a vibration with my X5. They immediately asked for authorisation of £118. I asked if they could check it out during the road test. They said they could feel a vibration but wouldn't say any more unless I booked it back in for a day.
Car was picked up and delivered back to my home (as I was unable to do it for myself this time). All members of the service team were proactive in their communications (loved the video); polite and showed great customer care.
Work was completed ahead of time, whilst I waited and had the benefit of Wi-Fi and free coffee, soft drinks in a very comfortable environment.
Brake fluid replaced incorrectly leading to brake failure
I was given a figure over the phone for the repairs to the car, which was then discussed and suggested it could be reduced. On completion of work however the figure then increased
All work carried out on time and under warranty
The length of time it took to get hold of the part was unfortunate (and not the fault of Specialist Cars). Otherwise I would have said "Completely"
The team at Tring did everything asked of them in a timely manner.

From booking , reception to collection a very effective service
Unable to complete the recall work while in the workshop and late notice that car was ready to pick up. Them I had to drive to collect the car at an inconvenient time. Also car not very clean when collected.

Because the original fault with the auto main beam still hasn't been rectified and have still had no correspondence as to when it will be sorted
I do not feel that the car was prepared quite to the standard expected or that I was given the correct advice regarding the issues with it.
Service good. Bit disappointing when I asked to test drive another car and because my sales man wasn't there and I only bought my car 2 months ago, the guy didn't seem too bothered about arranging it as I wasn't gonna buy.

It was good of BMW to offer a end of term service for the car.I would of been completely satisfied if the car was properly cleaned after the workwas done which it was not.
It was a long wait without a cup of coffee to pass the time. A fault that I asked to be investigated was never completed and I did not get any feedback although that was partly my fault as I forgot to ask about it before I left.

Excellent service as always. Able to book a prompt appointment for a replacement part (wing mirror indicator light) which was under warranty. Friendly staff when booking in and of course the free coffee while you wait is always an excellent addition!
Upon arrival I was told I needed to sign a disclaimer for fitment of my BMW M Performance exhaust, despite this being a part listed in the BMW catalogue. Upon receipt of the car and driving for a while I have noticed a faint knocking noise.
We had a problem with a faulty tyre valve which your service department sorted out for us without delay. Grateful for this as we had a long journey to make the following day.

My car went in for a service and to have the wheels changed over but it turned out a service wasn't needed because of the low mileage and so they suggested deferring it but replaced the things that were necessary like the brake fluid and wiper blades

The experience was at least what I had come to expect form a previous purchase, augmented by additional communication regarding progress of the purchase which was welcome.
The delivery was delayed for over a week, despite having paid for the car prior to the original date.
