Pick up good video good customer service clear
No one amazed me or went above and beyond. The cleaning of the vehicle had been cursory when it used to be exceptional.
All done in time and the additional items requested were examined and completed

The service was carried out efficiently but the price quoted for replacement tyres was significantly higher than I was able to secure from Halfords where I actually bought the tyres.
As before, delays picking up the car marred an otherwise satisfactory service. Collection slot was confirmed the day before as 08:45 - 09:15. In the event, the car was not collected until nearly 10:00. I had to call for updates - no texts from you.

advised I needed 2 tyres I gave the go ahead told later tyres not in stock. Delivery expected next day, wrong tyres delivered waited for correct tyres. Inspection of worn tyres showed obvious problem with wheel alignment. not advised of this
Generally very good service, however some waiting time on arrival, also service person asked if I would like the car washed (I said yes) but it was not. Female courtesy driver who dropped me home and collected me was very friendly and helpful
Service was efficiently conducted except that 2 tyres ordered in advance proved to be the wrong ones for my car (run-flats ordered instead of conventional). However a satisfactory alternative make was fitted and communication was good
Courtesy clean was not carried despite being told it was done
Carried out engine oil & filter mentioned, however engine oil still black as it was when the car came in for service. Engine/exhaust still intermittently noisy. Dash clicking noise and noisy wipers still present.
Did the job and when it overran, they credited me with a considerable sum against the cost of repair. Proper service. Didn't have to ask.
I had been in three times about the excess oil warning before now hopefully it has been resolved.
Arrived by 7.45am. To be picked up at 16.45pm; waited until 17.45pm. My car was water marked. Windows had not been touched. If they did not have time to clean why did they not say.
Very pleased with the service and at very reasonable price.

Its a good experience - no issues at all
The job is not complete. I am still waiting for a microfilter to be installed as 'they were out of stock' despite having been booked in for about two weeks before the appointment.Drivers seat was moved at every adjustment, what a pain!
Did everything on time
As usual, BMW standard at Specialist Cars with the commitment if something isn't right, it'll be taken care of.
The representative who dealt with me was on point, remained calm and professional at all times,I would give him 10 ,however still awaiting for the final outcome,which is in the process

The fault on my car was fixed with minimum fuss. However despite asking me if i wanted my car washed (i said yes please) - it wasn't done.
Car returned with engine warning light on, and a new tyre with pressure badly wrong. Repeatedly given return times that didn't happen, causing disruption for me.
I have been a customer with them for many years and always feel well looked after. I usually stay while the work is being done and it's all very comfortable.

Good communication and service
The service/MOT was ok but it took a day longer than anticipated due to my car being damaged in the workshop and needing bodywork repair.
Technician unable to print an invoice when I picked up the car, and promised to send by email. However, nothing received by email or post.
Car was collected and returned , kept informed on the procedure.Much improvement on my last visit for a service.

Everything was done that I asked in the time expected
I dropped my car off for a service, picked up a courtesy car and was able to pick up my own car the following day. The whole process was smooth and easy enough.

The work done on the car was fine. I have one outstanding problem. When we bought our car in for a check up on 30 July two floor mats were removed from the car. I have asked if we could have them returned on a number of occasions.

Booked a service based on a recommendation having previously used Sytner.Service agent was good, but the automatic car I booked whilst my car was booked in for service wasn't provided. Promised complimentary car was wasn't done.

I would have given 5 stars if it were not being made to feel that I'd missed my appointment rather than an adimission that "save" had been missed whilst I was booking.
Telephone call to arrange service possibly handled by 'call centre' & gentleman insisted that the car could be collected etc.. This would have resulted in the local driver having to leave the BMW car outside my house until my car was returned.
I didnt have to worry it was booked in and back to me by the end of the day. Nick Giles explained evereything to me really well that had been sorted on the car and I was very pleased with the overall job and professionalism.
Last time I had this at 5Been using these guys for years, as have several members of the family.Only a 3 as it seemed a little clinical and it started with wrong name and wrong car.. (you still have my wrong initial. ) good communication.
This is the fourth car Ive bought from Specialist Cars. Service has usually been ok and am always happy to pay the premium. This time it was poor from start to finish.
Overall I was very happy. I didnt give 5 as I did leave a message with the service department and they never rang me back.
Polite and efficient staff. Didn't have to wait too long for the oil service to be completed, including car wash. Only gripe was that the tyre pressures needed adjusting two days later although I had asked for them to be checked and adjusted if req'd
The service provider was also the original supplier. I have always found their approach to customer service to be exceptional, courteous and transparent in everything they do.

My sales assistant at Tring, Mr James Thiel was professional and knowledgeable throughout the couple of weeks from my first visit to collection of the car I purchased.
It was very easy. We booked a time for me to take delivery and I didn't have to wait. Jason went through the car in great detail, talking me through the controls and the systems, especially the iDrive which was new to me.
Helpful in updating and communicating with me throughout the purchase.
Delivery and purchase at the centre were so awesome as I got to see a show room vehicle and also test drove one.
Sales support in two outlets I visited were exceptional. I found the car I was looking for. I found the finance I could afford. And I got the car delivered in 10 days. Mark at Specialist cars Tring was exceptionally helpful.
