Attentive and good feedback even if I didn't like the cost of the new tyres!
Offered to clean the car but subsequently didn't bother. The car was dropped off on a Friday morning and left overnight before collecting on Saturday morning so they had plenty of time. Other commitments meant I couldn't wait for this to be addressed
I like the interactive video presentation for the health check.
Work efficiently carried out at a fair price
Everything happened as expected and communication was excellent.
Yet again they couldn't complete all the work. The car needs to go back in ALL day for software updates. Is the software that bad, or is the dealer not up to speed on IT?
I waited for my car MOT and found the customer facilities excellent
Phoning to make a booking continues to be a problem
Tried to charge us for wheel nuts being stuck on when car had only been with us for 4 months. Tried to charge us for brake pads when the onboard computer said they had 8000 miles left on them. Bullied into purchasing tyres as refusal to return car.
Everything I asked for was completed to my full satisfaction

Only fairly, as just to change the brake fluid, plus look around was bloody expensive for £106!
The guy who collected and returned the car altered many of the settings, eg radio, heating, air-con, seats etc. The journey was 5 minutes! It took me days to adjust again. Why can't they leave things alone?
Broke wing mirror glass while trying to replace bulb, which delayed vehicle return. didnt reset date for annual MOT had to return to get it reset which takes time to be seen.
Matt was very helpful and polite and reduced the overall cost of the work.
Staff were nice, but my car wasn't washed. Sounds silly but I was asked if I wanted it to be washed so it was a disappointment when it wasn't.
Again poor communication and neglected for the hours when I was trying get some clarification
Service customer support has been terrible. No courtesy cars, damage in vehicles when returned. Never able to recreate faults. Avoid fixing issues under warranty
Car picked up and dropped back to me, kept updated on progress. Liked the video sent through too.

Excellent but some items are pricey
The service side was fine, but I had a query regarding an outstanding offer the dealership gave me last year. I asked if it was still valid & they still have not bothered to reply. POOR !
I was given a courtesy car at short notice after the MOT being postponed, which was great. But, as described above, the overall experience was a bit disappointing.
Specialist cars of Tring are an exceptional organisation - they ooze professionalism & customer care - they were the clinching factor in choosing BMW over Audi & Mercedes
Good but would rather not pay for car cleaning and other 'premium' nonsense.
The booking was, as ever, difficult and on the day the details of my booking had not been relayed. A specific sets of problems was not addressed. I do not feel that I was listened to.

They did everything that I asked for and were helpful and courteous. A world of difference from the Audi dealer that I use for my other car.
Two of the tyres had nails in them which I told you about but the tyre pressures were not correct and this didn't get picked up or acted upon.
Not helped by the complete lack of parking available when we arrived to leave the car.
I have never experienced any problems and all queries fully answered fully.

Email reminders before service, kept up to date during the service. Very thorough, good debriefing on vehicle collection.

Whilst the staff were very courteous and welcoming, they were unable to identify the issues with the car I had asked them to look at
Staff excellent and Would have given 4-5* had it not have been for below:- 1. On site Parking issues! I.e. no parking available 2. Contacting the garage by phone to make appointment - tried for 2 days to contact but no answer
I had dealer installed Apple CarPlay after an order was messed up by the sales person at the time of purchase from Sytner, despite bringing this to Tring's attention, CarPlay was removed after an update leaving me to source my own solution.
Completed quickly and no issues since so I'm 100% happy.
Invoiced for brake pads/discs, until I queried it. It was only that had been sent a workshop video of the works to be carried out the day before that I knew the work was not done. I had not, I would have been ripped off to the tune of £500/600
Waited for my car on time as promised and washed
The car has various faults which have tried to be fixed but havent. The car came back dirty including a packet of cigarettes under the seat.

I put my car in for it's service and as it's low mileage I can't help but feel a service was not carried out. Reason being is because I've not received a service report and my car is still saying it's due a service in 3000m
I have lost confidence but I have to go there because of extended warranty

The service and collection was great, I was phoned and told my MOT was nearly due, would I like it done, I said yes and all OK, that said it should have been free, when I bought the car in July I Was told I could have a free MOT when due.
The service chap I saw was very helpful and knowledgeable. You don't always get that elsewhere
They were the only service centre near me able to book my car in for a MOT & end of warranty check within the 2 week time frame. Based on the service I received they will be my default service centre for my car as they were a joy to deal with.
1st time car services. Easy to arrange date of service and subsequent time for pick-up and drop off.
I spoke to the used cars manager about my experience and concern. He gave the distinct impression of, that's the way it is. I have also called BMW head office to complain and they advised Tring would call me to discuss. They have not called.
Jason Tack and the team always make us (me my family) welcome. Hence always willing to drive 75 miles to receive that service

Booking process was smooth, collection and delivery service was perfect. Unable to resolve two minor warranty issues sadly.

I would have given completely satisfied but I found a plastic piece of one seat broken off after service which was not replaced/fixed which I would like sorted but have no time to arrange a visit
Very helpful staff. I had to change my appointment and there was plenty of availability. When I arrived some extra recall work had to be done but I could work in the waiting area.
Overall very pleased with the service and MOT rating.

Bought this car for my wife who prefers to drive with camera assistance. On the BMW app that part relating to PDC it showed cameras which gave the impression that they are included. So we on advice removed the camera from our optional list.
The sales team at Specialist cars were excellent, Jason Tack was extremely helpful.
Easy to do business with, plus I got a really cracking deal on my X3.
