They didnt coem back to offer a loan car but the communication from teh serivce manager i dealt with was good it was the work itself that let the garage down

The latest clutch repair took two weeks due to a part having to be obtained from Germany. Because there was no courtesy car available for another two weeks I had to hire a car at a cost of £436.00.

In particular I found the wait to be seen by a Service Representative to drop off my car unacceptably long. It was approximately 30 minutes at around 0815 on Monday 4 June, which is not the standard of service I expect from a premium brand like BMW

The car is comfortable with a good feature set and delivered straight off the lot with little turnaround time. The introduction was extensive enough to be a good foundation to regular use without issues.
